Mental Health Support Service
What is defined as Mental Health Support Service?
Our mental health trained and experienced professionals provide recovery focussed person centred care to improve the quality of life for our participants. The therapy and package are designed in collaboration with the participant to suit the individual needs.
Specialised Disability Accommodation
What is defined as Specialised Disability Accommodation?

Supported Independent living (SIL)
What is defined as Supported Independent living (SIL)?
Our service provides adequate supported accommodation to ensure the safety of our participants while maintaining the quality and independence of life. This package provides fulltime or a need basis care to maximise the independence of the participant.
Respite/Short Term Accommodation
What is defined as Respite/short term Accommodation?
Havendoor provides this carer focussed programme to alleviate the carer stress for a limited time by providing customised care and specialised accommodation for our participants. This programme is also utilised to achieve set goals and maintain uninterrupted care.
Complex Nursing Care
What is defined as Complex Nursing Care

Assistance With Daily Life Tasks
What is defined as Assistance with daily life tasks?
We provide assistance with daily life task in a group or shared living. It covers activities such as personal hygiene activities, or supervision of personal daily tasks; which support a participant to live as independently as possible at home and in the community.
Community Participation and Transport
What is defined as Community Participation and Transport?
We develop participant’s ability to participate in social, community and recreational activities by supporting them during the activities. Along with this, we provide Travel and Transport Assistance for NDIS participants to achieve their planed goals.
Community Nursing Care
What is defined as Community Nursing Care?
Our experienced registered medical professionals provide support to participants who has complex individual support needs that are best met by someone who has medical training and experience. This include any medical procedures that can be performed in a residential setting i.e., Wound care, diabetic management, tracheostomy / stoma care etc.
